Please note: PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. SCREENERS ARE UNABLE TO SCREEN ANYONE OR LEAVE PAPERWORK FOR CAMPUSES WITHOUT PAYMENT. IT IS THE CAMPUS'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE PAYMENT NOT THE SCREENER'S. RECEIPT PROVIDED FOR SERVICES RENDERED. RE-SCREENING WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
