TERMS OF SERVICE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Adina Rich Consulting requires all clients to have signed appropriate service engagements for advocacy or expert educational services, evaluation, coaching or training, or specifically court appointed as a parenting coordinator. Adina Rich Consulting will be unable to begin work on your case without a signed contract, intake paperwork, signed release of information, retainer fee, and current method of payment on file. Contract scope is expressly defined in the terms of service. Any modification of the terms of service shall be in writing and attached as addenda to the agreement.
All class fees or SKYPE consults and evaluations require a paid deposit. No services will be provided without appropriate paperwork and deposits being paid. The balance of fee is due prior to the start of class, consultation, or prior to the release of any report. Adina Rich Consulting reserves the right to cancel classes based upon low enrollment or inclement weather. Unless a class is canceled for low enrollment, no refunds will be offered. If you, as a client, must drop a class, your deposit will be transferred to the next available class start date.
Any hearing and vision screenings require payment in full at the time of service. It is the SCHOOL'S responsibility to collect payment not the screener's, and no screenings will be completed or paperwork left without payment. Travel charge may apply.
Unless other arrangements have been made, failure to pay for services will result in immediate termination of this contract, forfeiture of any retainer, deposits, or credits, and may result in legal action. No refunds for services are given. Any unused monies will be credited toward future services.
Adina Rich Consulting staff members meet with clients through scheduled appointments only. Although Adina Rich Consulting staff members typically work most public school days Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM, the work may be out of the office (school based meetings, testing, observation, workshops, etc.) during most of those hours. Adina Rich Consulting staff members prioritize phone messages, however, due to scheduling and field work, please allow up to 24 business hours for your call to be returned. Weekend hours are not considered working hours unless otherwise specified.
Although we understand emergencies arise, and will be taken into consideration, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be re-scheduled at consultant's discretion.
We ask that you notify Adina Rich Consulting immediately if you need to cancel an appointment. If you neglect to notify us that you are canceling your appointment at least 48 hours before the meeting, half of standard fees for that meeting will apply. The fees must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment, and will be taken from the retainer balance accordingly.
If there are less than 24 hours notice for cancelling, you must call our office directly and leave a message. Clients understand that all standard fees for the appointment will apply. The fees must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment, and will be taken from the retainer balance accordingly.
